4.1 Accurate Information

5.2 Limited License

When you enroll in a program, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the program materials solely for your personal educational purposes. This license terminates upon completion of the program or upon termination of your participation.

5.3 Restrictions

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Program Fees

Program fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and must be paid in full before program commencement unless alternative payment arrangements have been made in writing.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified. Payment processing may be handled by third-party service providers subject to their own terms and conditions.

6.3 Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations more than 14 days before program start: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
• Cancellations 7-14 days before program start: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 7 days before program start: No refund
• No refunds after program commencement

If we cancel a program, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.

7. Educational Nature of Service

7.1 Not Financial Advice

Our programs provide education and frameworks for understanding financial concepts. We do not provide personalized financial advice, investment recommendations, or tax guidance. You should consult with qualified financial advisors, tax professionals, or legal counsel for advice specific to your situation.

7.2 No Product Sales

We do not sell financial products or receive commissions from financial institutions. Our instructors are compensated solely through program fees.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Service "As Is"

Our Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.2 No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide high-quality education, we make no guarantees about specific outcomes, financial improvements, or results from participating in our programs. Your financial situation depends on many factors beyond our control.

8.3 Information Accuracy

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of our Content, financial regulations and systems change over time. We do not warrant that all information will be current, accurate, or complete at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clearsight, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our Service, including but not limited to financial losses, lost profits, or data loss.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clearsight and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may terminate your participation in a program by providing written notice subject to our refund policy outlined in Section 6.3.

11.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we deem inappropriate or harmful to other participants or our business.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access program materials ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

12. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding participant financial information shared during programs. Similarly, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared by other participants during group sessions.

Information shared during programs should not be disclosed to third parties without the explicit consent of the individuals involved.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Jurisdiction
